Festival Code Of Conduct
Glasladies Beer Society (GBS) wishes to create and nurture a welcoming, respectful, and collaborative community, and we thank all festival vendors and attendees for sharing our commitment.
This event will not accept any form of discrimination on any grounds including, but not limited to, gender, sexuality, race, religion or belief, social class, health, age or disability.
This event will exclude people who discriminate against anyone at the venue on any grounds.
Attendees engaging in conversations that involve derogatory comments or words and phrases that we feel are discriminatory, or that make our other clientele or staff uncomfortable, will be warned once, if it continues they will be asked to leave.
We will not stock or endorse products with sexist, racist, homophobic, transphobic, ableist or any other discriminatory branding.
Any and all discriminatory comments made to the staff/volunteers in this venue will result in immediate removal from the site.
WHAT TO DO IF YOU WITNESS OR ARE SUBJECTED TO UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOUR
If you are subjected to unacceptable behaviour, notice that someone else is being subjected to unacceptable behaviour, or have any other concerns, please notify festival event staff immediately. Festival staff - who can be identified via their YELLOW colour wristbands - will be available to assist those experiencing unacceptable behaviour to feel safe for the duration of the event. All reports will remain completely confidential.
